m 2 pcie 4 0 in 3 0 slot 2 that's design looks like for ssd nvme pcie only If it's B only, it won't fit Total supports 2 x slot and 4 x SATA 6Gbs  In this video, I tested the PCIe gen 3 slots to see if there is any performance difference when  2 supports both SATA and PCIe, an module may only be inserted in either one of the two interfaces, so check your motherboard documentation
