Please explain SPD Not Detected

website ram not detected in slot 2 hi guys, my friend told me his laptop come with 8GB of ram 2*4GB, everything run normally but then few days ago, his Dell G3 3590 only ram slot 3 and 4 not working Turns out despite my motherboard being brand new, ordered around a week ago, the B2 slot seems to be the issue after testing I don't understand

ram not detected in slot 2 Still not working, and asrock support is not answering Back to Top Install another stick to each slots 4 Re-install the CPU and  As I said my issue was never solved, but during my research into ram slots not working, I found that some people had over-tightened the heatsink  The strange thing is that when I enter the BIOS it recognizes both 8gb modules but in total RAM it still 8gb Also from
