‎XPS 8940, two ram slots not working

website ram slot 2 not working 2 identical rams in a pc, and the pc would crash more and more taking one out, no problems ramses slot On 1st May 2024 the slots in New Delhi jurisdiction will not be opened due to holiday The opening is scheduled for 2nd May 2024

ram slot 2 not working I discovered that RAM Slot A2 does not work Both RAM Sticks work as I tested both of them in SLOT B2 So, at the moment I am only using one  The manual and tech specs does not say the specific SSD slots, just that they are nvme * RAM : As a student  It does not work with high density DDR3 HyperX FURY HX318C10FBK216 8GB DIMMs Unfortunately Kingston no longer builds low density HyperX memory
